1. University of Arizona Rapamycin Clinical Trial

The Julian A. Jarman, MD Research Foundation is a donor and partner with the University of Arizona in a six-year Phase 3 clinical trial investigating whether rapamycin can improve health and function in older adults.

Rapamycin is one of the most extensively studied compounds in geroscience. It has produced compelling effects on lifespan and healthspan in laboratory animals, but whether these benefits translate meaningfully to humans remains unknown. This trial will help address that question.
