HSA use is approved for donations.

All donations are tax-deductible.

The Gold Level donation comes with:
Health evaluation history interview of no time limit;
Review of your existing medical records, medicines and supplements;
Additional comprehensive medical tests and their evaluation;
Written personal health optimization plan to include medication, diet and exercise program;
24/7 availability via phone or text for any medical questions and problems for 1 year;
Quarterly review with you of your health plan and progress of unlimited time.
The Gold plan is renewable annually at $4500.00

The Silver Level donation comes with:
Health evaluation history interview of no time limit;
Review of your existing medical records, medicines and supplements;
Additional comprehensive medical tests and their evaluation;
Written personal health optimization plan to include medication, diet and exercise program;
Follow-up appointments are a donation of $300 with a 60-minute telehealth appointment.
